FREE SHIPPING
Chulamama offers free shipping on most orders over $150 in the continental US. There are a few manufacturers that require us to charge customers a portion of the freight fees. The exact amount and specific items will be noted on the particular item page. Should you return item(s) from an order in which you qualified for free shipping and therefore no longer qualify for the free shipping offer, Shipping charges will be deducted from your return.
SHIPPING RATES
An $8.95 flat shipping fee will be charged for all orders under $150. Three – five day shipping is available for an additional 25.95 Two day shipping is available for an additional 34.95 One day shipping is available for an additional 49.95 Chulamama only offers expedited shipping on clothing and in-stock items weighing less than 9 pounds.

Chulamama ships in the continental US via USPS or UPS. Unless otherwise noted, all furniture, rugs, strollers and other large gear and special order items ship via manufacturers preferred shipping and/or curbside delivery. Shipping direct helps you get the item quickly and also helps Chulamama be green by limiting transit time and cutting down on double shipping of items. Hug a Tree!

Yes we do ship some items internationally! A 99.00 shipping deposit will be charged upfront to cover shipping costs. A 10.00 non refundable handling fee is included in that charge. The total shipping charges will than be added and any remaining money will be credited back to your credit card if need be. All duties & taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Chulamama will not be responsible for duty & taxes. If we are charged duties and/or taxes or the packaged is refused in customs, we will charge your credit card the additional cost incurred. If shipping is over $99.00 you will be notified via email and given the oppertunity to cancel your order. Examples of items that will not ship internationally are Strollers, High Chairs, Furniture and other large items.

Chulamama Ships Tax Free! Sales tax will only be added to taxable items shipped and/or purchased in Massachusetts. (Remember that clothing and many baby products are tax free in MA) If you live in Massachusetts and would like a price match for an item that you can find tax free out of state please contact us at info@chulamama.com.
RETURNS AND DAMAGES
RETURN POLICY
Too tight? Too big ? Not what you expected? No Problem! Chulamama wants you to be satisfied. We offer a flexible online return policy. Most items purchased from chulamama.com may be returned or exchanged for a store credit or a full refund (minus shipping fees) within 14 days of shipment. Item(s) must be in new condition with all original tags attached along with all original packaging. Returns must be authorized by contacting our returns department at returns@chulamama.com or calling 888-4-chulamama to obtain a return authorization number. Returns should be packaged properly and sent at the customers expense to

Examples of some non-returnable items are Sale Items, Furniture, Rugs, Mobiles, Bedding, High Chairs and Custom Orders. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. Strollers are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must include all manuals and original packaging intact. Intimate apparel, such as bras, underwear and bathing suits are non returnable.
DAMAGES
Claims for damaged items must be filed within 24 hours. Please contact Chulamama at : info@chulamama.com or 888-4-chulamama. Multiple photos and damage description must accompany any and all claims. Please keep all packaging material and boxes for all items involved in the damaged purchase. If packaging material and shipments box is not kept, Chulamama cannot process the claim. Any claim after 24 hours will NOT be processed and is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
WARRANTIES
Warranties are covered in the policy of the manufacturer of each item. Chulamama does not offer extended warranties. If you have any questions on how to make a warranty claim, please contact Chulamama and we would be happy to help.
CANCELLATION
If an order has not been processed it will not incur a restocking or cancellation fee. Items that are pending/processing or shipped cannot be cancelled. Furniture, Rugs, Bedding and Custom Orders cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

Should you need more inserts, simply contact Chulamama at 888-4-chulamama or info@chulamama.com. There is no limit to the inserts given. We offer FREE SHIPPING to all of your guests no matter the price.
REGISTRY COMPLETION DISCOUNT
We also offer a registry discount close-out program for customers that create a full baby registry with Chulamama. To qualify for the completion discount your registry must be made public for your friends and family to view and purchase from. At least 50% of your total registry items must be purchased by guests, After your event date you will receive a one-time use 10% off completion coupon that may be used to purchase any of your remaining registry items. Shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility. No additional promotion discounts apply.
